YARD Apartments

YARD Apartments is the modern 21-story mixed-use residential and commercial building at the east end of the Burnside Bridge, thoughtfully designed by Skylab Architecture. It occupies a prominent position on the Portland’s skyline, helping to extend the downtown core across the Willamette river. And like most of Skylab's projects, YARD features bold clean-lined design and futuristic space-age cool, and a sense of kinetic energy. Built by Andersen Construction, developed by Hood River-based Key Development and Portland’s Guardian Real Estate Services.
